We are 9 years old company with over 50 years experience
After eight years in the highly competitive industry, SLS ALPHA ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD has proven to be a contractor that provides quality work at competitive pricing. Although a relatively new company, SLS ALPHA enjoys the combined experience of her directors’ over 50 years in the industry.

SIP MUN YEE
Managing Director
Mun Yee started his career in 1998 as a Bridge Engineer in the US, which he continued upon his return to Malaysia. He brings to SLS Alpha 25 years experience in construction and property development. His work portfolio encompasses technical, marketing and managerial functions, which included the post of General Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager. He had also served as a steering committee member in the Malaysian government’s Economic Transformation Programme. Mun Yee is 51 and holds a BS in Civil Engineering and a MS in Structural and Geotechnical Engineering from University Missouri Kansas City, US. He is married with 2 children and is an avid golfer, swimmer and is fascinated with new technologies.
LAM WAI LEONG
Director
Wai Leong, 50, has over 26 years experience in the construction industry, having started his career in 1995 with Sekimas Holdings. His most recent position there was as Site Agent, a portfolio he held for over 11 years. In the course of his work, he had managed major housing development projects. These include Taman Desa Mas, a mixed residential development in Rawang with a contract sum in excess of RM83 million, and LakeClub Parkhome with a contract sum exceeding RM43 million. Wai Leong holds a BSc in Construction Management from HeriotWatt University. He is married with 2 children and is an ardent supporter of Manchester United.
SOW BOON JING
Director
Boon Jing, 40, brings with him 15 years experience as a Contract Executive. He started his career in 2008 with Sekimas Holdings and had managed construction projects that included mixed housing developments, commercial buildings and infrastructure works. These include Puchong Gateway with a contract sum of over RM28 million, Taman Desa Mas with a contract sum of over RM83 million and LakeClub Parkhome with a contract sum exceeding RM43 million. Boon Jing holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Construction Management from Sheffield Hallam University.
